Independence Blue Cross (IBX) encourages its associates to participate in Election Day on November 4, 2025.
The company is offering multiple ways to support its workforce as they exercise their right to vote:
- Providing associates with a half day of paid time off to vote on Tuesday, November 4
- Designating Election Day as a mandatory “no meetings day” across the organization
- Offering associates the option to work from home on Election Day
