For the second year in a row, Independence Blue Cross (Independence) is partnering with the Philadelphia Union to launch the “Play with a Pro” sweepstakes! Philadelphia-area youth soccer teams can enter to win a Philadelphia Union player appearance at an upcoming team practice.
Those eligible to enter should complete the entry form and submit a team photo by September 6 to be considered. Two winning teams will be selected and notified by September 8.
Note that the player appearance must be arranged on a mutually agreeable date (prior to October 21, 2023) with the Union, and take place at a public park, school, or league training facility within 30 miles from Subaru Park in Chester, PA. Read the full sweepstakes rules.
