Independence Blue Cross (IBX) President and CEO Kelly Munson and Executive Vice President of Public Affairs and President of Government Markets Stephen P. As the first woman to serve as president and CEO of Independence Health Group, she brings more than 25 years of experience across commercial and government health care programs and a strong commitment to advancing quality health care for the communities IBX serves.
