Kimberly Kockler, senior vice president of Government Affairs at Independence Blue Cross (IBX), was named one of Pennsylvania’s most influential leaders in government affairs by City & State PA.
Kockler was featured in the publication’s third annual “Who’s Who in Government Relations” list, which recognizes top professionals shaping public policy across Pennsylvania. The honor recognizes her leadership at IBX and her impact on health policy.
As SVP of Government Affairs, Kockler is based in Harrisburg and oversees IBX’s state legislative strategy and engagement in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Kockler’s profile appears in the digital article, “The 2026 CSPA Government Relations honorees,” published on January 26 and in the print edition of City & State PA magazine. She was honored, alongside her fellow nominees, at a celebration on January 28 at the Whitaker Center in Harrisburg.
