Independence Blue Cross (Independence) is working with NBC10’s Philly Live to support the program’s regular health segments, titled “Healthy You.” At least once a month, Independence associates, executives, and medical directors will share important information about a variety of topics related to health and well-being.
The first segment in this new series aired during Nurses Week (May 6-12) and featured Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer Koleen Cavanaugh and Vice President of Case and Condition Management Diana Lehman. The leaders discussed the important role nurses play in health care settings throughout the region, including Independence Blue Cross. They also talked about Independence’s Celebrate Caring campaign to recognize outstanding nurses.
