The 2026 Annual Enrollment Period starts on October 15, and Independence Blue Cross (IBX) is ready. IBX will be offering a wide variety of Medicare Advantage HMO and PPO plans designed to support members through their health journey. This year, IBX is also introducing Personal Choice 65 Achieve PPO, a new zero-dollar plan.

We’re committed to helping Medicare beneficiaries find a plan that fits their specific needs.”
Those enrolling in an IBX Medicare Advantage plan can take advantage of a wide range of valuable benefits, depending on the plan, including:
- The largest network of doctors and hospitals in the region
- Medical and prescription drug coverage
- Routine dental, vision, and hearing coverage
- A free fitness membership to keep physical, social, and mental fitness a priority.
- Access to age-friendly programs that can play a key role in members’ maintaining independence and good health. This includes comprehensive caregiver support through Carallel. Certain members with dementia and other brain health conditions will also have access to Isaac Health, a company that offers virtual and in-home clinical services for these conditions.
