Attendees of “Senior” Prom, hosted by the Blue Crew, look on as the recently crowned Prom King and Queen share a dance.
Members of the Blue Crew, the Independence Blue Cross (Independence) corporate volunteer program, gave new meaning to the phrase “Senior” prom last week. Volunteers organized prom night at the Philadelphia Senior Center, where over 50 seniors dressed up for a night of music and dancing, and two were crowned Prom King and Queen.
Prom night was part of the Independence Government Market team’s ongoing engagement efforts with the Philadelphia Senior Center. Connecting with Senior Center members through the Blue Crew brings additional perspective to the work of associates in Government Markets, who are focused on Medicare business.
