Diaz also co-leads a committee of the Latinos con Proposito (Latinos with Purpose) Associate Resource Group, which provides support to local Latino communities through charitable drives and fundraisers. A lifelong resident of the Greater Philadelphia region, Diaz grew up in North Philadelphia and recently moved to Southern New Jersey. She is bilingual and proudly celebrates her family’s Puerto Rican heritage.
