Independence Blue Cross (IBX) Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer Sushma Akunuru recently spoke at the national ViVE conference in a session titled, “Tech Overhaul: Shaping the New Era of Patient Power and Digital Trust.”
This event, held in Nashville, Tenn., this year, gathers the world’s digital health leaders to discuss the innovation needed to advance the business of health care. The session highlighted how digital innovations are being strategically deployed to address health disparities and create new pathways to quality care through targeted digital solutions.
