Crystal Ashby, EVP, chief people, DEI, and communications officer at Independence Blue Cross (IBX) participated in the 13th Annual Accenture African American and Hispanic American ERG (employee resource groups) Leadership Summit. Themed “Rooted and Rising – Diverse Voices, Collective Power,” the event focused on breaking boundaries and forging pathways to collective success, while embracing the deep connection to cultural heritage.
Ashby took part in a panel discussion on “Creating Psychological Safety in the Workplace,” sharing strategies for fostering an atmosphere of trust and openness.
